Organized in 1997 as a limited liability company (LLC), Skyward has expanded its mission to become a scientific and technology organization focused on delivering the highest quality professional services and customized client solutions to the Department of Defense, defense contractors, and commercial customers.
As we support our clients, we concentrate on a business model of total system support via test planning, data collection, data synthesis and analysis, technology development and detailed documentation. In addition, we provide a wealth of expertise in weapons systems analysis and in modeling and simulation.
Skyward employees are vital to its core capabilities. Collectively, our engineers and analysts average more than 25 years of technical experience. In fact, most of our employees have advanced technical degrees. Our academic training, combined with our technical experience, translates into exceptional value-added for our clients.
Skyward's capabilities are easily accessible via a variety of contract vehicles. We have a Navy SeaPort-e contract, are a member of the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC), and are a subcontractor on DOD's large Information Analysis Center Multiple-Award Contract (IAC MAC). Skyward provides subcontract support to Army Contingency Base Infrastructure & Watercraft Systems; Army Research, Analysis, Development, and Planning of Force Projection Technologies and Laboratories; the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Weapons Survivability Laboratory located at the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station, California; the Air Force Civil Engineer Center at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida; and at the U.S Air Force 704th Test Group's Aerospace Vehicle Survivability Facility (AVSF) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Skyward also has a number of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts supporting the Air Force, Navy, and U.S. Department of Agriculture. We are partnered on a number of other opportunities and are constantly on the lookout for new growth and technology partnerships.
